HP - Probook - Adjust the LCD brightness using the function keys

From the Windows desktop, hold the fn key and press the f10 key to increase 
or the f9 key to decrease the brightness of the display.

If using the function keys does not resolve the problem and you have a Lid Actuator on your particular model, check the movement of theLid Actuator switch to determine that it moves freely and is not stuck.

Convert fetchXML to SQL Query in MSCRM 4.0

If for some sane reasons if fetchxml needs to be converted to a SQL Query in MSCRM 4.0, it is possible.
