Create new Organization -- Privileges required


Open Active Directory Users and Computers. To do this, click Start, click Run, type dsa.msc, and then click OK.
  1. On the View menu, make sure that Advanced Features is enabled.
  1. Right-click the organizational unit (OU) that contains the CRM security groups, click Properties.
  1. On the Security tab, add the user account, and then grant the Full Control permission to the added user account.
  1. Repeat the same step for the following CRM security groups that can be located under the OU:
    • PrivUserGroup 
    • SQLAccessGroup
    • ReportingGroup 
    • PrivReportingGroup 


Now you should be able to create an organization successfully.
