Create new Organization -- Privileges required
Open Active Directory Users and Computers. To do this, click Start, click Run,
type dsa.msc, and then click OK.
- On the View menu, make sure that Advanced Features is enabled.
- Right-click the organizational unit (OU) that contains the CRM security groups, click Properties.
- On the Security tab, add the user account, and then grant the Full Control permission to the added user account.
- Repeat the same step for the following CRM security groups that can be located under the OU:
- PrivUserGroup
- SQLAccessGroup
- ReportingGroup
- PrivReportingGroup
Now you should be able to create an organization successfully.
