ERROR after configuring from HTTP to HTTPS

When I configure MSCRM from http to https ,I met some strange issues.

I received the error information as below :

    Where is this file located? Client? server? Path name? What does the complete file look like after modifying?

Convert fetchXML to SQL Query in MSCRM 4.0

If for some sane reasons if fetchxml needs to be converted to a SQL Query in MSCRM 4.0, it is possible.
