password change is not reflecting

I have come across a weird problem in windows XP. I have tried to login in my colleagues machine using my credentials, it prompted me for a pass word change. So i have changed my password in my colleagues machines. After that i tried to logout and login in my machine it does not allow me login with the new password. It does not recognize the new pass word.

The solution is i have run a command in my machine from the run programme:
1. gpupdate /force

after running this command, i could login with my new password.

Convert fetchXML to SQL Query in MSCRM 4.0

If for some sane reasons if fetchxml needs to be converted to a SQL Query in MSCRM 4.0, it is possible.
