Open Active Directory Users and Computers. To do this, click Start , click Run , type dsa.msc, and then click OK . On the View menu, make sure that Advanced Features is enabled. Right-click the organizational unit (OU) that contains the CRM security groups, click Properties . On the Security tab, add the user account, and then grant the Full Control permission to the added user account. Repeat the same step for the following CRM security groups that can be located under the OU: PrivUserGroup  SQLAccessGroup ReportingGroup  PrivReportingGroup  Now you should be able to create an organization successfully.

It is possible to close the monitor and view the display the in an external monitor. Please perform  the below steps for the same on Win7 OS. Go to control panel and click on Power options In the left hand navigation, Click on "Choose what closing the lid does". Select "DO Nothing" for all the options you see in that window. Now, to divert the display to the external monitor, click on "Windows key + P" Click on projector only. Now you should be able to see the close the laptop and work on the external monitor.
